EXPLORING OUR SHORES 2017

On Sunday August 6th, a hearty group of canoeists and kayakers enjoyed a fun and informative morning with Dr. Tom Nudds, Conservation Biologist with a background in wildlife biology. The group paddled around part of Moon Island learning about wildlife and flora inhabiting the area.

Tom has a background in wildlife biology and has consulted with Parks Canada. He taught field courses in Algonquin Park for many summers.  He's knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and is one of the most enthusiastic people we know.
